We are pleased to introduce you to Shuichi, a popular tsukemen restaurant located in Asaminami Ward, Hiroshima City.
The owner of the restaurant apparently trained at ” Ramen Shuhei”, a branch of az-earth Co., Ltd. in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.
The restaurant also serves oil soba and ramen, and of course, a large portion of Tsukemen (Tsukesoba), 400 grams, for 850 yen.

When the restaurant first opened, the price was 780 yen for up to 500 grams of extra large noodles. But now, due to Abenomics, the price is based on the amount of noodles. The noodles are homemade, smooth, shiny, and smooth.
The soy sauce is local Kawanaka soy sauce. Local production for local consumption seems to be a feature of az-earth Co. And the sourness of senari vinegar is excellent! The fish oil also makes it milder.

The powerful thick noodles are as good as they look.
The char-siu pork and bamboo shoots are submerged in the dipping sauce, but their savory flavor is well expressed.
If you have not tried this well-balanced and highly finished seafood tsukemen, it is a must-try.
